Abstract

Kenneth Edgecomb, 85, the code enforcement officer for the town of Limington, is targeting people he says are operating illegal junkyards and automobile graveyards on their property. At issue is the junk that some in Maine allow to accumulate on their property. In Limington, residents who have yard clutter have to get an annual junkyard permit, pay fees and hide the items behind fences. Details.
