Abstract

Kennebunkport Brewing Co., which brews Shipyard Export Ale, is hoping to open a 9,500-square-foot brewery at the old Crosby-Laughlin plant at the corner of Hancock and Newbury in Portland this spring. Fred Forsley, owner of the company, said the expansion will allow the brewery to increase production tenfold over the 3,000 barrels brewed in 1993. Details.
