Abstract

Senate Minority Leader Pamela Cahill of Woolwich, a candidate for the Republican nomination for governor, is trying to break out of the pack by targeting her rivals--Susan Foss, state representative Judith Foss, and state representative Sumner Lipman--in a 30-second television ad that openly attacks them by name for opposing a plan that would send some first-time criminals to jail for life.
