Abstract

On Wednesday, Raymond Glidden, 31, of Lagrange, shot and killed his 7-year-old son John and 10-year-old son Raymond before shooting himself. The shootings are the second violent episode this month in which a father takes out his frustrations on his child. John M. O'Palenick of Pittsfield on July 7 shot his 6-year-old daughter before shooting himself. Glidden and his wife had separated a week before the shootings. Details.
