Brief description of the celebration that was held on January 7 to honor the first two cohorts of Portland Empowered's Civic and Engagement Fellows. The fellowship program seeks to foster leadership skills among the young adults of Maine's racial, ethnic, and immigrant groups.Billy Ngabire and Eisha Khan, 2022 fellows, are highlighted.
