Abstract

Mercy Hospital plans to connect two employee parking lots on Winter Street by a driveway and redesignate the lot for patients only. Some residents of the West End say Mercy has no long-term plan for parking, and little concern for the neighborhood. One solution to the parking problem would be the construction of a two-story parking garage, but Mercy's consultants have advised against it. Details.
