Abstract
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration yesterday ruled that the death of Fred McKeeman, 46, of Westbrook, at the S. D. Warren mill was an accident. McKeeman was killed March 12 when a steel plate gave way underneath the forklift he was driving. The four-week OHSA determined that S.D. Warren could not have known a support beam was bent.
