Abstract

Profile of Bell Verrill, director of food services for the Portland School Department. Around 4,500 students depend on Verrill to make the right lunchtime choices five days a week. A new computer program will help Verrill make sure students are eating nutritionally balanced meals with less than 30 percent fat.
