Abstract
"So Noted" piece on the charges of racism leveled against the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners by supporters of Moses Sebunya. Sebunya contends that his position as programs manager at the Cumberland County Jail is being eliminated because of his race. Sebunya is also the president of the local chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and might have created a conflict of interest by mobilizing the resources of the NAACP to preserve his own job.
