Abstract

Delogu, professor of law at the University of Maine School of Law and a former Portland city councilo, on Bath Iron Works and its request for a tax break to help it modernize and expand. Delogu writes that it is wrong to give one of the wealthiest corporations in the country a combined total of $194 million for a $307 million renovation.
