Abstract

"Ear to the Pavement" piece on the Maine Photo Co-op, which hopes to offer classes and darkroom facilities in a space on Oak Street in Portland. The co-op thought it had secured a loan from the city of Portland, but co-op co-founder Morgan Howarth said the terms weren't what was expected.
