Abstract

"Ear to the Pavement" piece on the accusations between Roger Bintliff, owner of the building housing Bintliff's American Grill, and Natasha Carleton, the former operator of the restaurant. Carleton has been evicted from the building, and has been sued by Bintliff to collect the balance of a note issued when she purchased the restaurant in 1993. Carleton has counter-sued, saying the note has been paid off through the $18,000 in improvement she made on the building.
