Abstract

"City" piece on Parker Poole III, 45, of Portland, who is trying to find investors for his computer scanning business, Morpheus Technologies. Poole has a number of civil judgments against him for unpaid bills. Last fall, he was convicted of his third offense of operating under the influence. He said he will soon offer private shares in his company in the hopes of raising as much as $8 million.
