Abstract
"City" piece on the Teen East End Employment Network, TEEN for short, which hopes to connect at-risk or simply bored teenagers, who are looking for a way to earn money, with newer residents moving onto Munjoy Hill. The latter tend to be middle-aged and middle-class, and are part of the "gentrification" of the mostly blue-collar neighborhood. Munjoy Hill has less crime than the West End or Parkside, and this program might help to divert youths from the temptations of petty crime.
