Abstract

Yankee Bingo in Portland, partly owned by former state legislator Annette Hoglund and her husband, Peter, is being investigated for running games that weren't hosted by a non-profit group. The financially troubled Oak Street Theatre, although aware of the investigation, is running games there and hopes to earn enough to cover its rent and pay off a $50,000 debt.
