Abstract

"Stop the Presses" piece on investigative reporting being done by Christine Young and her colleagues at WMTW-TV about the Christian Civic League's financial problems and internal power struggle focusing on the league's executive director, Michael Heath. When asked about an independent audit of the league's finances during a television interview, Heath said the audit "found nothing," but a draft copy of the audit acquired by Young cites 18 "significant deficiencies" in the group's accounting practices.
