Abstract

"Sportland" piece on Choi's School of Self-Defense in Portland, which is owned by Seung Choi, the Korean-born founder of the school and a legendary figure in the southern Maine martial arts scene. Choi is now teaching a hot new trend in the martial arts called grappling.
