Abstract

Cumberland County's state legislators and elected municipal officials have been invited to spend the night of April 8 in the new county jail, which is sceduled to open in mid-April. Everyone accepting the invitation will be booked, fingerprinted, given jail clothes, fed jail food and treated like actual prisoners in an attempt to demonstrate that doing time in jail is not pleasant.
