Abstract
"City" piece on a proposal to change the way the city of Portland notifies residents about impending large-scale developments in their neighborhoods. City Councilor Peter O'Donnell and City Manager Bob Ganley both agree the process needs to be refined, while Portland Planning Board member Mark Malone, Councilor Jay Hibbard and Mayor Cheryl Leeman believe the process usually works well. With special focus on a 70-unit development planned for Munjoy Hill.
