Abstract
"City" piece on the planned move of the Scotia Prince ferry to the east end of the waterfront, which is being opposed by many area residents and at least one member of the project's master planning committee. But Maine Department of Transportation Commissioner John Melrose says he will not release the funds for any project other than the one planned without at least informal legislative approval, because Maine voters approved a $9 million bond issue based on the original plan.
