Abstract
"City" piece on the controversial move of the Scotia Prince ferry to the former Bath Iron Works site at the east end of the harbor. Portland mayor Cheryl Leeman has told members of the city's waterfront master planning committee that the move is a done deal. Leeman arranged to meet with the committee on April 9, but did not notify the public or the committee's co-chairs, and some city council members have called the meeting "inappropriate."
