Abstract

"City" piece on Ken Cole, an attorney and member of the Portland Planning Board for the past 15 years, who is running for one of two at-large seats on the city council in November, and Councilor Nathan Smith, who has decided to switch from an at-large seat to the District 3 seat being vacated by Councilor Tom Kane, who is not seeking reelection. Jim Cloutier, whose current at-large term expires this year, is seeking reelection.
