Abstract
"City" piece on a fact-finding inquiry presided over by Portland city clerk Linda Cohen and scheduled for July 20 to determine whether operating licenses should be renewed for Nappi's Towing and Metro Towing. The two towing businesses are owned by Sandra Rizzo of Gorham, wife of Portland police Sgt. Sullivan Rizzo. At issue are license applications filled out by Sandra Rizzo and the fact that she neglected to answer a question asking if the license would benefit any city employee.
