Abstract

"City" piece on Nappi's Towing and Metro Towing, both owned by Sandra Rizzo of Gorham, who is the wife of Sgt. Sullivan Rizzo of the Portland Police Department. On July 26, Portland City Clerk Linda Cohen issued a decision barring Rizzo from operating her businesses in Portland for 30 days for knowingly making an incorrect statement on her business license applications.
