Abstract

"City" piece on Outright Portland, a nonprofit support service for gay, lesbian and questioning youth. A new proposal would divide up the four current staff positions in order to create opportunities for high school students and young adults to become staff members, with salaries and benefit packages. If approved by the board of directors, the restructuring would begin in January.
