Abstract

"City" piece on Peter Lund, a Portland musician who claims he has twice been abducted by alien beings. Lund now claims that he has seen and photographed "chemtrails" over the city of Portland. "Chemtrails" are defined as appearing to be commercial airline vapor trails, but are in fact biological material, including building blocks of a viral nature, that are being tested by the Department of Defense and the North American Aerospace Defense Command to either protect us from a biological attack or to engineer the weather.
