Abstract
"City" piece on Portland's squabbling street vendors and fed-up businesses that are taking their claims to court. With special focus on Perry Mogul, owner of Perry's Sidewalk Cafe, who has recently been ordered to relocate from a site he has peddled hot dogs from intermittently since 1994, and has also been hit by two protection from harassment orders by Amanda Odlin, another street-vendor and co-owner of Wicked Good Fish Sandwich, and Peggy Nelson, an employee at Harbor View Gifts.
