Abstract

With comments on the crackdown by Marcus, 23, who was arrested at 9 Exchange Street for loitering outside of Betsy's; by Al Swan, the owner of the Paper Patch at 17 Exchange Street, who speaks of the on-going battle between the kids and those trying to do business; and by Crystal Collins, 20, who was told to move on while she and some friends were on the steps of 11 Exchange Street having coffee. Collins wants to petition to get benches installed on the street so young people would have a place to hang out.
