Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court ruled on October 27 that the trial judge in the case involving Mark Hider of Portland gave the jury improper instructions. Hider was arrested in 1992 after police found 40 marijuana plants growing near his home. He contended that the plants were not on his property.
