Abstract
The proposed Eastern Prom trail, stretching from the Franklin Arterial around to I-295, has been redesigned to meet funding restrictions. The original proposal, which included pavilions, fancy signs and sculptures, would have cost around $2 million, while federal funding amounted to less than half that. The Eastern Prom trail will be linked to the Back Cove trail by hanging a small suspension bridge under Tukey's Bridge.
