Abstract
Article about the revival of the Kennebunkport Seashore Trolley Museum, which, just five years ago, was on hard times. Today, museum membership stands a 1,200 members, the highest ever, and the museum is visited by 35,000 visitors annually. Founded in 1939 as the New England Electric Railway Historic Society. The museum, whose director is Donald G. Curray, now operates on an annual budget of $300,000 and owns a collection of 240 cars, dating from 1873 to 1972.
