Abstract

"What's in a Picture?' piece featuring a photograph taken outside a building in Fort Fairfield on April 15, 1934, where townsmen had lined up to have their pictures taken with the new-fangled snow-removal equipment owned by Cole's Express. Allie Cole, of Bangor, was the first one to come up with the idea of equipping his freight trucks with snow-removal equipment.
