Abstract
"Dining Down East" piece on the Pilots Grill, a Bangor dinner house known for its simple comfort food. Started as a luncheon counter at the Bangor Airport by the Zoidis family in 1940, the Pilots Grill remains a family operation. William Zoidis and his daughter, Paulette, run the restaurant.
