Abstract

An article on Bill and Diane Martin of Belgrade, whose home, an unfinished windmill, is surrounded by gardens containing some 30,000 tulips. The couple has planted 50 different varieties of tulips, and a steady stream of traffic winds by the house during the short blooming season. Bob Martin, 51, grew up next door and has a special interest in Dutch architecture. He has been working on the house off and on for 30 years.
