    "North by East" piece on a $5 million tugboat being built at the Washburn & Doughty shipyard in East Boothbay for New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner. Bruce Washburn, vice president of the shipyard, says his crew set aside their loyalties to the Boston Red Sox while building the tug.
