Abstract

"North by East" piece on a controversy about the city of Portland accepting a gift from Portland Sea Dogs owner Daniel Burke, of a bronze statue of a family of four headed to a baseball game. The Public Art Committee rejected the gift, but the Portland City Council overuled that decision and voted to accept it.
