Abstract
Knox Mill in Camden was once a woolen mill, then a corporate call center for MBNA, and now is in the process of becoming luxury condominiums. Residents have worked hard to make the town a year-round community, and some fear the transformation of the mill from a vital economic center to an upscale complex could help turn the town into a bedroom community. Walter Skayhan, a Baltimore native, and Jesse Henry of the Inn at Ocean's Edge in Lincolnville are planning a marketplace, concierge services, and condominiums for the mill.
