Abstract

"What's in a Picture?" piece on a 1934 photo of seven counselors at Camp Ettowah in Fryeburg "paddling" a partially destroyed canoe set on wheels along a piece of railroad track. Photographer Fraser Forgie found that such humorous photographs sold well among the campers and their parents.
