"North by East" piece on a group of people in Portland who are meeting to discuss plans for a Portland Food Co-op, a store that would emphasize local goods. Michelle Boisvert, a recent Baltimore transplant who has become a key member of the group, says the effort could take as long as two years to come to fruition.
