    Abstract

    "North by East" piece on Jim Horowitz's Oxford Aviation, which started with one employee in the late 1980s. Today his light aircraft rehabilitation and painting operation employs 55 people and operates out of airports in Oxford, Fryeburg, and most recently, Sanford, where a new business jet center will employ up to 200 people. The Sanford airport's long runway will allow the company to expand into the large-aircraft market.
