Abstract

In this short "Notes from a Pantry" piece, the author reflects on the groceries he stocks up on during the pandemic, which includes Watcharee Limanon's Thai sauces. Watcharee Limanon immigrated to Maine from Bangkok in 2012 and began offering cooking classes on Cousins Island.
