    Abstract

    When the new Portland-South Portland bridge is complete, Beach Street in Portland will become one-way, and artist Robert Clements will be forced to move his Beach Street drawing studio and gallery. Like a number of businesses displaced by the bridge, his new store will be on West Commercial Street, which has been re-animated by all the construction activity.
