Abstract

William Ambrose says that without the Small Business Administration, he would have lost his business, the Bradco Chair Co. in Lisbon. The SBA guaranteed his loan when it was transferred from the defunct Maine Bank and Trust to Recoll Management. Bradco's 20 employees make 12,000 Windsor reproduction chairs a year.
