Abstract

Michael Donahue, past president of the World Affairs Council of Maine, won its Bea Chapman Minott Award for his leadership in the Council. Donahue helped form the Council's relationship with the University of Southern Maine, Chamber of Commerce, businesses, and its own International Visitor Program.
