    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Midcoast & Downeast" piece on a quest by Nautica Enterprises to get a quarter-million-dollar tax reimbursement from the city, which it says it is owed through a tax-increment financing deal. Nautica closed operations in Rockland last year and put 300 people out of work. The city says it had good reasons to withhold the money.
