    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Southern" piece reporting that Old Orchard Beach officials are planning a crackdown on business' sidewalk merchandise displays. An amendment to the town's ordinance governing outdoor displays would allow police to cite whoever is running a store at the time of an offense rather than only being able to cite business owners.
