    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Northern" piece briefly reporting that picketers, including members of the nearby Second Baptist Church, are holding regular picketing session in Brewer outside Pandora's Boxxx, an adult entertainment store that opened July 7. In part, the protests center on the proximity of the store to the church. Brewer has an ordinance baring adult entertainment within 1,000 feet of houses of worship, but Clifford Tumosa, president of Northshore Distributing Inc., which own's Pandora's sued the city in federal court last month, winning a preliminary injunction that prevented the city from blocking the opening of store.
