    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Northern" piece briefly reporting that relatives of the Guatemalan and Hondorun workers killed last September when their van plunged into the Allagash have filed suit against Daimler-Chrysler Corp., claiming that the accident was caused by design defects in the 14-passenger van. The suit, filed in state district court in Pryor, Oklahoma, seeks unspecified damages and the recall of the company's 15-passenger vans.
