    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Southern" piece noting that the mid-July announcement by I-many that it will sell its health and life sciences division to Neoforma Inc., of San Jose, California, for $10 million in cash and $10 million in Neoforma stock has drawn criticism and questions from analysts, who believe the company should have sold two or three times its revenues, rather than half. In late July, I-many announced its second-quarter results, including a 30 percent decrease in net revenue, to $10.2 million from $14.6 million for the same period last year, and a net loss of $22.1 million.
