    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Central & Western" piece about Gov. John Baldacci's new Maine Rx Plus plan, which has been submitted to the Legislature for approval. The new plan limits eligibility to incomes of up to 350 percent of the federal property level. The plan would also limit discounts to a list of Medicaid preferred drugs, with the discounts ranging from 15 percent to 60 percent.
